THY400A Hydraulic Slurry Pump

Hydroman™ THY400A Hydraulic Slurry Pump can be widely used in mining, electric power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry with abrasive solid particles. For example, slurry transportation in metallurgical concentrator, hydraulic ash removal in thermal power plant, slurry and heavy medium transportation in coal washing plant, river dredging, etc. In chemical industry, it can also transport some corrosive paste containing crystal. At present, about 80% of the application scope of slurry pump is used in the concentrator of mining industry. Because of the bad condition of ore primary separation, the service life of slurry pump is generally low in this section. Of course, different ores have different abrasiveness.

Service Conditions:

▪ Power supply: excavator or hydraulic power unit.

▪ Temperature of the medium: The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60 Celsius, and the medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases.

▪ Max weight density of the solid particle: The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 70%.

▪ Submerged depth:  not more than 35 meters.

▪ The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous.
