THY50HC Hydraulic Slurry Pump

Hydroman™ THY50HC Hydraulic Slurry Pump is a kind of hydraulic mechanism which submersible motor connects directly with slurry pump. It is used for delivering liquid contained sand, coal conder solid etc. The THY50HC pump can be mainly employed in clearing the mud in lake, river, sea and widening channel etc. It also can be applied to clear out sewage pool; in building site, steel works and power station and so on, the pump adopts excellent material, advanced structure, and it is with wide flowing passage & strong delivery ability. The hydraulic parts are wear-resistant. The pump is completed with control unit.

Hydroman™ Hydraulic power packs are specifically designed for use with the hydraulic dredge pump series equipment. The power packs are based on diesel engines, that complies with latest emission requirements, or electric motors and are built with high quality components. The hydraulic system is based on close loop design, therefore maximum oil flow can be controlled without varying diesel engine/electric motor speed. Every Power Pack can be adapted to better fit customer needs with additional oil source to drive ancillary equipment (such a winches or water pumps).

▪ The metric bearing was adopted with thin oil lubrication;set the lubrication and cooling system reasonably, and ensure that the bearing runs at low temperature.

▪ The flow passage component are made of special materials, which have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

▪ The slurry pump is specially treated,which can be used  in working conditions such as seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion of seawater and salt spray.

▪ It can be used in multiple stages in series within the permissible pressure range, which allows a maximum working pressure of 3.6 MPa.
