Submersible Clay Dredging Pump with Water Jet Ring and Head Cutters

Hydroman® Submersible clay dredging pump with water jet ring and cutter rings is extramly suitable for disaggregating andpick up sediments in a slurry of high density andhigh specific gravity, becasue optional water jets and cutter heads are all designed for compact, very dry，clay materials or thick slurry and sand. Submersible clay dredging pumps are equipped with cutters and jet ring, which coupled with the agitator (fixed on the main shaft) stir up the solids settled on the bottom in order to be easily pumped out and creating a homogeneous mixture with higher percentage of solids, getting a higher efficiency.

Hydroman® CutPro® Dredging Side Cutters for Dredge Pump are able to increase solid production and permit to complete the dredging activities even in the most difficoult situations. Dredging Cutterheads is a unique mechanical mixing device added to submersible dredge pump when the material is of significantly high viscosity or there is little to no free water. Similar to how egg beaters operate, the side agaitators added to the dredge will mix the material in real time decreasing the viscosity and fluidizing the material to optimize it for pumping.

Hydroman® iShot® High Pressure Water Jet Ring added to submersible dredging mud pump stand to add high pressure water near the pump suction to further suspend settled out solids by the water jetting action of the nozzles. can be used as an alternative to hydraulic cutters. The water jet ring can be used as an alternative to side agitators and head cutter for electric submersible dredging pump. This system consists of a jet-ring frame mounted on the submersible sludge pump filter, a high-pressure submersible centrifugal slurry pump (available in electric and hydraulic versions), a suction hose with water filter and non-returns valve, and a delivery line. Jet ring nozzles are custom designed to suite the application.
